Rental Policy
 

Rental Rates

Rental prices shown on our booking site are calculated based on the rental duration. All items have a base rate for duration under 24 hours. Rentals for more than 24 hours are charged the base rate of the item for the first day and 25% for each additional day after that. Once an online order is made and a deposit is received, our price is final.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations require a 50% deposit towards the invoice to officially be added to the schedule. For custom quotes, deposits that are not paid within 7 days of the quote will result in a cancellation of your rental reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your items. The credit card used to pay your deposit will automatically be charged after delivery, unless other payment arrangements are made. We accept cash upon delivery, though keep in mind our drivers do not carry change.

Cancellations

We allow deposits to be fully refundable for cancellations up to 30 days before the event date. If your rental order is canceled within 30 days prior, the deposit will not be refunded. If an order is partially cancelled or modified within 30 days prior, the order is still subject to the full quoted amount on the original invoice.

Delivery Fees

We offer delivery for all of our rental items if the order is over $100. This is included free of charge within 5 miles travel distance from our warehouse. For orders beyond 5 miles, delivery fees will automatically be applied on the checkout screen starting at $20 plus $6 per mile. Minimum order requirements vary by city.

Delivery Schedule

Once the order is confirmed, customers can expect to receive the delivery schedule via email the week of the event. Delivery usually happens 1-2 days before the event, but this is not guaranteed. In the rare case of delivery being the same day of the event, we will make sure there’s enough time for setup and to ensure you're satisfied with the service. We do not honor specific delivery time requests.

Setup

Setup and cleanup is included with all tents. All other items do not include setup unless the "Setup" service is selected and included on your invoice. This service includes setting up your tables, unfolding chairs, etc. If the setup service is not selected and not included on your invoice, all items will be placed and stacked neatly in a specified location upon delivery.

Preparing Your Items for Clean Up

We want to ensure the clean up process runs as smoothly as the delivery process. For customers who did not select the setup service, all items must be returned to the original condition and placed at the exact location of the delivery. Any decorations or accessories interfering with our items must be removed before clean up. Failure to do so may result in labor charges being added to the contract.

Customer Pickup & Return

We offer the option of customer pickup at our warehouse (Washington, Michigan) for all rental items except tents. There is no delivery fee or defined service area for customer pickup orders. We will contact you with pickup instructions once the order is received. In most cases, your order will be ready for pickup 1-2 days before the event in our 24 hour pick up location. Customers will be charged the full balance of their invoice upon the order being prepared and placed in our pickup location. The items will be due for return the day after the scheduled event. Late returns will be charged an additional fee.

Damaged, Broken, or Lost Items

The security of our rental items remains the responsibility of the rental customer from the time of delivery until the time of return. We double check each and every order to avoid any mistakes before they leave our store. We also recommend you count your order, since you are accepting responsibility for the number of items on the contract. Missing or damaged items will be charged at the full replacement value. We recommend customers to purchase our Damage Waiver for an additional 5% of the total rental costs to waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your possession of said equipment, excluding intentional damage or theft.

Staff Tips

Our staff does accept tips. Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. All customer tips are evenly divided between the setup and clean up crew.
